What I did on that project

  • Made a multiplayer map inspired by Splatoon.

  • Created the possibility to pass through a grid while crouching like the said game.

  • Made a system to activate the teleporter if all collectible are picked up.

List of features

  • The multiplayer map was created for a one player gameplay using collectibles. To justify the use of the collectibles, I made a teleporter that require the player to collect all the glowing balls. I also made sure that the disposition of the balls would encourage the exploration of the map.

  • Made it possible for the player to pass through grids like the squid version of the Splatoon characters. Because the project was Splatoon inspired, I had to give the player a feeling of that game and passing through grid was one feature that was possible to make in the time given.
